About us

Bridge to Work CIC is a community-rooted organisation supporting neurodivergent, displaced, and system-affected adults through structured, one-to-one, human-led sessions.

We work with people who feel overwhelmed, under-recognised, or left behind by traditional services — especially those navigating employment changes, burnout, or the impact of automation and exclusion.

Founded by Martin — having studied both Business & HRM and, (incomplete) Adult Nursing course with lived experience of ADHD, Autism, and structural systemic barriers causing him to burn out and leave — we bring together insight, care, and pragmatism.

The Organisation, although not providing healthcare, legal, housing, employment or financial advice, recognises obstacles hence offers consultations whose aim is to enhance the employability of participants either as job applicants or as self-employed.

We don’t require formal diagnosis or proof of barriers. Martin is aware that no one is entirely healthy and, people live with multiple co-morbidities be it diagnosed or undiagnosed. We support individuals navigating work challenges — whether caused by neurodivergence, health, exclusion, confidence, discrimination, burn out or simply not fitting outdated systems around bio-psycho-social aspects.
